Jubilation Potpourri is David James Allen’s fifth solo album, an 11-song collection spanning alt-country, Americana, folk, soul and R&B. Recorded largely by Allen himself, the album features Andrew Ivens on pedal steel, Wurlitzer and organ, with Ted Crosby appearing on saxophone.

From country  R&B of “Dukes Up (Since You’ve Been Gone)” and “Low Mind” to the quieter side of “Platform No. 12 (Old Friends)” and “The Moonlight Waltz,” the record moves between working-class pressure, burnout, relationships, hope and finding ways to keep moving through everyday life.

The album is available digitally now, with the physical vinyl edition expected later this year.
